Back in 2008, I began my career with an apprenticeship as a mechanic, graduating with honors. After that, I pursued a high school diploma and later earned a bachelor’s degree in Management.
This foundation opened the door to my first role in marketing back in 2016. Almost six years ago, I assumed my first leadership position as the Head of a Sales Team, which paved the way for roles in Consulting within the E-Commerce and fashion sectors.
Over time, I took on a role of COO, scaling a nine-figure revenue group while diversifying operations into multiple new companies. While serving as COO, I began shifting my focus towards advising, sourcing and assessing investment opportunities, and actively supporting portfolio companies through board member roles.

As a Board Member, I have worked with companies across AI, SaaS, MedTech, and E-Commerce. I provided C-level executives with guidance on operational excellence and business development, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while driving innovation and growth.

Me as a COO
As COO for almost two years, I drove the operational success of a nine-figure revenue company. I initiated and supported the spin-off of more than half a dozen companies from a core business in wholesale medical products, successfully diversifying the risk-prone business model while scaling teams from 9 to 70 employees.

With experience in SaaS, FinTech, and E-Commerce, I have contributed to the success of various marketing initiatives by supporting performance-driven campaigns and helping to build cross-functional marketing teams. My work has focused on implementing data-driven strategies to drive growth and improve customer acquisition, balancing creativity with measurable results.

Before my academic career, I completed an apprenticeship as a mechanic, graduating with honors as the best of my class. This hands-on experience not only equipped me with the ability to solve complex mechanical challenges but also instilled a strong sense of discipline and problem-solving. Having already experienced what it meant to earn and manage real income, I was driven by a clear ambition to achieve success.

About me
I’m happily married and live with my wife and two daughters in northern Bavaria. Family is the heart of my life, providing a sense of balance and grounding, even during busy and challenging times. I enjoy spending time outdoors—fishing, riding my motorcycle, or snowboarding—and working on projects around the house and garden. Cooking for loved ones and unwinding with a glass of wine or a fine cigar are small pleasures that help me stay centered amid a demanding professional life.
